HP Natural Recovery Rate interval reduced from 6,000ms to 3,000ms
HP Natural Recovery Bonus affects the natural recovery amount and the interval. It also affect some skills' recovery inerval: Increase HP Recovery of Swordman and
Spirits Recovery of Monk.
M = Modifier (default 100)
H = HP Natural Recovery Rate
D = Is sit down status? (yes 1, no 0)
G = Is the guild member of castle owner in the guild castle map? (yes 1, no 0)

It will NOT affect the recovery interval of some skills like Increase SP Recovery (MG_SRECOVERY)
